We ship all orders across Australia. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zahlie products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zahlie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
