We ship Australia wide Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You may also log into your Zahlie account for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Zahlie products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

 

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via the website chat bubble or directly email Zahlieskin_wellness@outlook.com please include your order number in the subject, We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us on the day you receive your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of mine will not be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of our products once received & opened we cannot refund (unless the product is faulty) all items come with a unique IN so we can directly track any faults etc
